Your YMCA Through a dynamic and creative partnership, the City of Canton and the YMCA combined resources to create a community center YMCA in Canton. The facility is located at the intersection of Waleska Street and Riverstone Parkway overlooking Heritage Park. The city funded the construction of the facility through impact fees and the YMCA now programs the facility. This exciting, new full-facility, family YMCA opened December 17, 2005.  Your YMCA, reflecting its Judeo-Christian heritage, is an association of volunteers, members and staff, open to and serving all, providing programs and services which develop spirit, mind, and body. Financial assistance is available based on need. The YMCA actively seeks to identify and involve those in need. |
